Hello!
Today I have a bit of a long post picture wise. I wanted to share the baby album I finished recently for a friend. Her little girl turned one, and this was part of her birthday present! I kept the pages really simple. All pages had a plain white background, double layered photo mats, and a Cricut cut and/or title (with the exception of one page that had sticker letters and a coloured digi). I have already shared some of these images for previous Paper Playtime challenges, however most are new! Hope you enjoy!

Paper Playtime Hallowe'en Challenge
Hello!
Man it has been awhile since my last post! I have been getting the school year started with my grade 8 class and thus...time slips away and none of it seems to go to scrappy endeavours! BOOOOO!! Anywhoo, today's challenge at Paper Playtime is to make a hallowe'en themed project. I have FINALLY finished the album that I was working on for a friend, and this is a page from her album. He little girl was a monkey for hallowe'en last year which is the reason for the monkey icon! SO CUTE! If you pop by again tomorrow I will have the whole album up in a new post for you to see! Hope you enjoy! Don't forget to hop on over to Paper Playtime to link up your project for a chance to win this week's prize! Full details can be found on the Paper Playtime website!!
Thanks for stopping by!

Ella Publishing Bootcamp - Day 1
Hello!
I am participating in the Ella Publishing Boot Camp (which at this point is finished, but I haven't had a chance to get to the challenges yet!), and wanted to share my first layout. This combines both of the challenges issued on day 1 (not sure if that's aloud, but oh well :) ). The first was to use a chart or graph for visual, grammar free journalling. The second was to combine patterns using one of the methods of pattern matching taught that day. Hope you enjoy!

Big Idea Festival - Day 3
Hello!
For the next two weeks I am participating in the Big Picture Classes Big Idea Festival!! This is a free class with awesome inspiration offered each day by different people from the scrapping industry! So fun! Each day we are given a theme word to work with. Today's word was 'Less'. I chose to use the template they offered so I can have a consistent look with the mini book I will have created by the end of this week. Here is what I came up with.
Hope you enjoy!

Paper Playtime - Anything Goes!
Hello!
This week at Paper Playtime we have an extra challenge going on! The theme is ANYTHING GOES!! (my favourite), and we are being sponsored by Whimsy Doodles. I used some Whimsy Doodle digi images in the cards I made this week. These were so quick to put together and I really like how they turned out! Here you go! Don't forget to head back over to Paper Playtime to see what the other designers came up with, and to link your Anything Goes themed project (haha) for a chance to win a prize from Whimsy Doodles!!!

Make it Monday #27 - Custom Copic Striped Ribbon
Hello!!
This is my second post for the day, so if you are looking for the Paper Playtime post, go HERE, or scroll down to the post just below this one :). I wanted to participate in this week's Make it Monday challenge from Papertrey Ink, which is to create your own striped ribbon using copic markers. I don't know if I LOVE this technique, although I see the value when you want a coordinating custom ribbon....
Here is what I came up with.
Hope you enjoy!! Please leave a comment. I love to hear from you!

Paper Playtime - Cool Off With Water
This week's challenge at Paper Playtime is to create a project with the theme 'Cool Off With Water'. My favourite way to cool off with water is to go to the beach! However I did a beach themed layout for the last challenge, so this week I chose to focus on my second favourite way to cool off - fun drinks! These are not necessarily alcoholic drinks - my two favourites are just very simple additions of fruit to a beverage!. But if you are looking for some fun party drinks, I am sure adding a splash of vodka or some white wine to either would be delicious!! :) I made a super cute recipe book using costars for the covers, and trimmed some white cardstock to size for the pages. Each page is stamped with 'Ingredients' and 'Servings' on the front, and 'Instructions' on the back. Hope you enjoy! Be sure to head over to Paper Playtime to see what the other designers have come up with, as well as to submit your 'Water' themed project for a chance to win a prize from our sponsor, My Pink Stamper!!
