Paper Playtime - Love

Hello!

It has been way too long since my last post, but the transition into our new house has NOT been smooth.  We still have things in boxes alllllll over the place b/c we haven't had a spare moment to go shopping for bathroom cupboards and other storage goodies.  I JUST got my scrap room unpacked this weekend, and I am STILL not finished organizing it (gasp).  I am going through crafting withdrawals I tell ya!

ANYWHOO...here is my layout for this weeks challenge.  The challenge was to use the word love on the craft, and I incorporated it into an adorable baby layout for an album I am working on for a friend.  By 'working on' I mean that this is the first page in the album.  hehe.

Cardstock: Simply Chartreuse, Rasberry Fizz, Hibiscus Burst (Papertrey Ink), white
DieCuts: Create-a-Critter (Cricut)
Stamp: Everyday Faces (Peachy Keen Stamps)
Ribbon: Hibiscus Burst Saddle Stitch Grosgrain (Papertrey Ink)
Glitter: Michaels

If you want to play along this week, hop on over to Paper Playtime, check out our great sponsor, and link up your project for us to see!

Hope you have a great Monday!
Please leave a comment, I love to hear from you!!

Paper Playtime - FACES Challenge

The first Paper Playtime challenge of the new year is FACES!  You can interpret this theme in any way you wish, and I chose to represent the FACES of a daddy's favourite sports teams.  This page is very simple, and quick to put together!  This page will be used for a gift album for a friend.  Letter font is from Cricut Planin Schoolbook Cartridge.   Hop over to Paper Playtime to participate in this weeks challenge and be entered for a chance to win a giveaway from Peachy Keen Stamps!!!  Looking forward to seeing your challenge entries!!!
